Commercial Administrator


2Seck Recruitment are partnering with a leading and growing Construction business near Chesham in the search for a Commercial Administrator to report to the Commercial Director.

You will be based in the head office near Chesham.

As a Commercial Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders building relationships

  • Sales support and administration including order processing and PO's
  • Providing a high level of customer service
A successful Commercial Administrator will have the following attributes to fit in with this business:

  • Previous experience gained in an administrative role
  • Experience of using a system i.e., Elemos, Sage, SAP, Google Sheets & Docs, Microsoft office
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience gained with raising purchase orders is desirable
  • You will be a competent user of MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication skills are required for this role
  • This role requires a high level or accuracy and a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Construction Administration or Commercial Administration role is highly desirable
  • Experience within the Construction Industry would be useful

What's on offer

On offer for this Commercial Administrator position:

  • Basic salary in the region of £25,000
  • £30,000 circa p.a. DOE
  • Pension
  • 22 Holidays per annum plus Bank Holiday
