Commercial Administrator
2Seck Recruitment are partnering with a leading and growing Construction business near Chesham in the search for a Commercial Administrator to report to the Commercial Director.
As a Commercial Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders building relationships
- Sales support and administration including order processing and PO's
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Previous experience gained in an administrative role
- Experience of using a system i.e., Elemos, Sage, SAP, Google Sheets & Docs, Microsoft office
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience gained with raising purchase orders is desirable
- You will be a competent user of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Excellent communication skills are required for this role
- This role requires a high level or accuracy and a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Construction Administration or Commercial Administration role is highly desirable
- Experience within the Construction Industry would be useful
What's on offer
On offer for this Commercial Administrator position:
- Basic salary in the region of £25,000
- £30,000 circa p.a. DOE
- Pension
- 22 Holidays per annum plus Bank Holiday
- Training Allowance
