Supply Chain Controller


The Search:
Following con nuous double-digit growth, Purity Global Ltd are looking to appoint a Supply Chain
Controller to assist in the smooth func oning of our European supply chain following a period of significant growth. Purity Global are searching for a Supply Chain Controller to be based at our Head

Office in Hull who will be responsible for planning, ordering and distribu ng products from across our European supply chain network for an assigned por olio of products.

Products are supplied from our partner manufacturers across Europe and delivered to all the UK major retailers either directly or via our warehouses in Manchester and Leeds.


The Role:

  • Plan and forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and op mize stock replenishment processes.
  • Op misa on of warehouse space along with ensuring we deliver the extremely elevated levels of service our customers demand is a large part of the role.
  • Support strategic supply chain ini a ves aligned with the company's objec ves and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, produc on, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordina on and efficient workflow.
  • Manage suppliers, and maintain strong rela onships to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Help support lean principles, con nuous improvement strategies, and innova ve solu ons to streamline processes and enhance opera onal efficiency.
  • Analyse supply chain data, generate reports, and present key insights to management for informed decisionmaking.
  • Iden fy and mi gate risks in the supply chain, proac vely addressing poten al disrup ons and ensuring business con nuity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market condi ons, and regulatory requirements to op mize supply chain opera ons and maintain compliance.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager aiding and coordination for optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams. Provide guidance, mentorship and support to team members involved in supply chain activities.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, best prac ces, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in supply chain so ware systems and advanced knowledge of data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analy cal, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abili es.
  • Highly skilled in the use of Excel. The ability to demonstrate this at interview may be required
  • Effec ve communica on and nego a on skills to build and maintain collabora ve rela onships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Me culous with a focus on accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage mul ple priori es.
  • Understanding of how to effec vely manage inventory, track stock levels, and process purchase orders using Sage.
  • Driving licence.
