MotorEasy is the UK's fastest growing motoring association, and a leading provider of vehicle warranties, insurances and motoring services.

Job Purpose and Overall Objective

As part of our continued expansion, MotorEasy is looking for talented individuals to join the Repairs team, based in our Reading offices.

Working alongside our experienced engineers and customer service team, your role as a MotorEasy Assessor will be to speak with customers on the phone who need their car repaired and assess their claim against the terms of their warranty or service plan.

You will be expected to achieve weekly KPIs and targets.

Duties:

Assess warranty and GAP claims using our software and process
Manage car repairs in network workshops
Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform

What We Offer

Salary:
£28-30,000 (Dependent on experience)

OTE:
£35-37.5,000 (Your OTE will be based on achieving KPIs, and will be paid monthly)

Holiday: 22 days holiday

Hours:
Mon - Fri, and one Sat in every 4
