Flogas is seeking to recruit a
Credit Control agent to assist within the Energy Market.

This is a permanent opportunity and will entail working in a varied role to provide back-up assistance to a busy, dynamic, and growing department.

The role is based in our Belfast, Airport Road West location to service our expanding business and customer base.

Main areas of responsibilities

Cash collections on Commercial and Domestic accounts
Ensuring the Credit Policy is adhered too
Making Outbound calls for Credit Control
Achieving Targets & KPI's for Cash Collections
Referral of accounts for debt collection & legal action
Liaising with customers and setting up payplans for both Domestic & Commercial customers
Managing outstanding debtors
General reporting & Administration
Investigate, resolve and, where necessary escalate aged debt issues
Adhoc duties as required

Education:

5 GCSE's grades A-C is required for this role.
Post GCSE's qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

Experience:

A minimum 2 years' experience in a credit control role.

Role specific (technical) knowledge / skills:

Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and experience of ERP systems.
Strong communication and management skills.
Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
