Who are we looking for? A Super Duper Administrator to join our Customer Services Team

In a nutshell:
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, multi tasking, confident experienced Administrator to join our Customer Services Team.

You will be working predominantly with our Consultancy and Support teams but providing Admin support for anyone in the company that needs it.

you will have at least 1- 2 years experience in administration, be able to multi task, work well under pressure and of course be able to keep everyone organised.

The role needs you to be able to use your own initiative, have an eye for detail and to be able to juggle lots of things, without anything being forgotten or not completed, super quick to learn, speedy to get things done and a positive, can do attitude to get stuck in.


It would be lovely if you are:Friendly, smiley, happy, cheerful, presentable, tidy, happy to turn your hand to any admin related task and perhaps a little bonkers to fit in with the team?


Key stuff you need to do: You need to be extraordinarily friendly, have PC skills, but the most important thing is that you are willing to get stuck in. Your role will be very varied, no two days will ever be the same, you could be logging customer issues, updating documentation, running reports, doing research, updating systems, calling customers, raising legal paperwork, updating diaries, diary management, ensuring actions are completed, proofing of documentation. You could be helping with various admin related tasks, calling someone to fix the light switch, doing some finance work, organising lunches, dealing with post, anything admin, you are on it, you get the picture.


You will also need to report back to the Senior Managers on weekly checks identified and whether items are being achieved.

The role is office based, but between the admin team we do allow an element of home working from time to time, providing there is always one admin team member in the office - this would be 1 day per week, after training is completed.
