Business Design Lead

An exciting opportunity to work as a Business Design Lead for a world-renowned insurance company reporting to the Hea do Business Design.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams delivering innovative business models from conception to delivery.

Role Responsibilities

Owning Business Design practices, delivering strategic direction for innovative business models and operating frameworks
Mentoring, leading and inspiring a team of service and business designers.
Working with crossfunctional teams to align everyone with the company's vision and goals
Establishing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business designs and operating models.
Engaging with Key stakeholders at all levels.

Person Specification

Proven experience as lead within Business Design
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to present to Executive level
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of industry trends, sustainability practices, and business innovation.
