Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The role will involve managing a team to complete the job in the required timeframe.


Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that our windows/ Doors and Roofs are fitted to a high standard.
• Managing a team of workers to get the job completed within the set timeframe.
• Enforce and adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any onsite issues efficiently.

Skills:

• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good leadership skills
• Knowledge of carpentry, masonry and roofing techniques
• Ability to fabricate and build structures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good customer service skills
