The Role


A Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organisation, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

This multifaceted position combines creative input, procurement, negotiation, and project coordination skills to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.


The primary purpose of this role is to support and enhance the production process, from project proofing to final delivery, while also contributing to the development and maintenance of digital services for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Proofing: Provide creative input to support our clients brief at proofing stage of projects
  • Procurement Process: Place purchase orders with supplier network
  • Supplier Negotiation: Increase GP gain figures and improve delivery times
  • Project Coordination: Ensure all projects are 'delivered in full & on time'
  • Digital Services: Managing client data, building and maintaining digital services
  • Logistics: Outward shipping coordination and administration

Your Prior Successes


You will have a track record of success in working in a fast-paced environment being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle various responsibilities.

Commercial background having experience in purchasing &negotiation, prior experience in logistics would be beneficial, but not essential. You will need to have good all-round IT skills and the ability to work with numbers.
