The Avery Group Support Centre in Northampton is seeking an
Operations Administrator with an excellent eye for detail to join our small friendly team supporting our care homes and operations team with smooth and efficient processed-based administrative tasks.
The responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- To provide day-to-day support to our care homes and operations team by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of processed-based administrative tasks
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Organisation of meetings and induction programmes
- Maintaining inhouse systems
- Developing good working relationships with our care homes, operations team and external suppliers
What we need from you
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- The ability to deal with a fastpaced environment with resilience and flexibility
- Able to work autonomously and in a reactive way
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- A genuine team player that is willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- A good eye for detail
- Well organised and focused with excellent time management
- Excellent customer service skills and a calm and professional telephone manner
- Proved experience in administration
- Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Excel and Word and ideally with experience using database systems
