We have an amazing opportunity for a **Lettings Consultant or trainee
- lettings consultant
to work in our well-performing Headington branch**The successful
Lettings Negotiator will have some experience within a current Lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well-established team.

The Role


Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you'll be
passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. The role's main purpose is to
conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and
negotiate lettings and their progress through exchange and completion.


It's a passion you'll share with your colleagues, who'll support and assist you to deliver the
best customer service possible.



please be advised salary advertised is average salary banding including OTE on top of basic per annum

Responsibilities of Lettings Consultant:

-
Negotiating lets resulting in the best outcome for both tenant and landlord

  • Booking and
    conducting viewings in a professional manner to ensure best results
  • Organising
    pre tenancy paperwork:
-
Uploading properties onto main portals
-
Registering applicants and dealing with walk ins

  • Providing an
    exceptional level of service at all times
  • Play your part in achieving the best market share and reputation for offering a
    quality, reliable and results orientated service

Lettings Consultant skills needed:


  • Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
  • Sales/ Customer Service experience.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry.
