Our client is taking a holistic look at its global booking model set-up to try and get ahead of the market that has historically pieced together this type of transformation programme.

Some design principals have already been defined though we are looking for a mix of contractors to come in on a potentially long-term strategic plan.

We are looking for a highly strategic skillset as this type of work has repercussions for tax, risk, legal entities and broader operations (as well as front office clearly).

This would suit somebody who has demonstrated an ability to think broadly and haveconversations with different 'Heads of' across divisions in a global setting.

We are looking for someone with:

Tier 1 investment banking experience
Detail on a booking model project, for at least 1-2 years or more
Operating model design history and an ability to work strategically in different areas
An understanding of why this booking model project is being done more broadly and the key areas to think about for success
Re number 4, an appreciation of capital efficiency, cost savings, freeing up parental capital, organisational change and simplifying trade flows

Start ASAP and a 6 month rolling contract. This work is funded through to Q3 2024.
