Purecontent are hiring for a Senior Content Executive to join the team. We are a growing Content Marketing Agency based in the heart of Norwich.

We provide digital marketing, content creation and SEO services in multiple languages for a range of global clients in a diverse range of industries.

Our Senior Content Executives are responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a number of different content projects in our portfolio.

Applicants for this post will need to be self-motivated, hard-working individuals who are happy to take the lead within the project team and be accountable and responsible for delivery and client satisfaction.

They will be at ease dealing with both clients and senior management, keeping both informed with regular reporting and accurate data.

Confidence in leading a team and developing others is crucial.

A passion for delivering quality content is a must, and you must always be looking to improve the ways in which we can provide solutions and solve problems.

Role Requirements

Coordinating a portfolio of projects to ensure content is delivered on schedule and to budget
Driving, maintaining and ensuring quality content is delivered according to briefs and guidelines
Delegating tasks and workloads between other team members efficiently and appropriately
Monitoring and improving the quality and availability of writers and editors
Liaising with clients and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and professional way
Developing, maintaining and delivering accurate reports and data to clients and management

Personal Attributes

Natural planner excellent organisation and time management skills
A keen eye for detail and data meticulous in their approach to quality
Strong commercial awareness driving budgets and cost control measures
Calm under pressure able to deal with stressful situations confidently and assuredly
Leadership natural, authoritative verbal/written communication with all stakeholders

A quick learner

IT savvy, at ease in Microsoft, Google and other online software and platforms
Solution focused thinks outside the box to find novel solutions to unexpected challenges
Persistent and determined dealing with setbacks and challenges with enthusiasm and energy

Qualifications and Experience
The applicant will have excellent written and spoken English with a thorough working knowledge of grammar and punctuation.

Education to A-level or equivalent or existing industry knowledge with a minimum B Grade at English and Maths (or level 6) at GCSE.

Experience in the production of written content is essential. Experience in writing and editing content, content marketing, SEO or project management is desirable.

Location and hours
We are based in Norwich City Centre.

Our standard working hours are :00 Mon-Fri. We have a flexible working policy in place after successful probation.
