Description

You will be part of the SDEC team providing clinical assessment and support to the care and treatment of a diverse and undetermined caseload of patients requiring unscheduled care, who may have complex acute presentations to the more minor common illnesses and injuries.

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner will work autonomously, demonstrate highly specialised knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and management of patients attending the SDEC unit.

You will demonstrate safe, critical decision-making in the clinical decision-making process and will work collaboratively with the clinicians, nursing team and multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures relevant to the departments.
