They are a specialist litigation practice where you will be working in a small team, pitching in to do what it takes to maintain the highest possible level of regulatory compliance and administrative efficiency.

What we need from you as an Legal Administrator:
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative role
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and administration
- Good level of communication skills
- Excellent time management, organisational and working on own initiative skills
- Have a cando attitude and able to hit the ground running
- Math's and English at Grade C or above, GCSE or equivalent
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge/experience using MS Office Word and Excel
- An appreciation of a need for confidentiality
- Have a desire to work in a law firm
- Previous legal experience would be ideal but not essential
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure effective and efficient administration and management
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Process new instructions onto their software platforms, and open files ready for the lawyers to begin work
- Maintenance of files from onboarding to archiving
- Ensure all new files are opened accurately and in a timely manner
- Helping draft simple letters and documents (under supervision)
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Filling
- Scheduling meetings and organising diaries
- Carry out additional duties that are required to get the job done successfully
Salary/Package:
£21,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm. No weekends.
