We have a number of September starts available for any recent graduate, hoping to gain school based experience

These positions are LONG TERM with working hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm.


The school we are recruiting for is a friendly specialist setting based 24 mins from Newcastle City Centre by Bus, and approx 5 mins drive from the A1, close to West Denton.

You will work with Primary aged Pupils who have additional needs around ASD, with some medium level behaviour issues.

Working both 1:1 and across smaller groups you will assist the class teacher with lessons, conduct, activity based sessions and emotional support for the young learners within your care.

You will help create positive routines, making learning a positive and fun experience. All of the above MUST be underpinned with kindness.

The role is perfect for anyone who has recently graduated and is aiming to gain experience prior to embarking on further training in Education ( PGCE, SCITT etc )

We are offering an immediate interview on these positions - with an option to commence prior to September if wanted.


In addition to that, GSL Education are currently offering £100 for the successful referral of either Teachers or Teaching Assistants.
