If you have substantial previous experiences at a Band 4 in Payroll work and or ESR HR transactional work, the ability to work on your own and be committed to team working then this could be the perfect role for you.

ELFS Shared Services is a division of Northern Care Alliance (NCA) and is passionate about delivering high quality Payroll, Pension and Expense services currently to 24 organisations across the NHS.

You must be able to work using your own initiative and have a willingness to embrace new technologies, change and be forward thinking.

You would support Team Leaders in providing practical training to Payroll Clerks and Trainees.

This involves ensuring the day-to-day co-ordination of all work processes by junior staff are completed, and includes a significant role with induction training, and dealing with complex queries.
