Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent
Material Planning and Scheduling Administrator, working for a client located in
Pickering.
Material Planning and Scheduling Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Schedule and release work orders
- Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure production booking and stock transfer issues are resolved when required
- Maintain labour documentation
- Maintain planned hours/tools in OEE sheet
- Administrate production monitoring software
- Support procurement department with daily responsibilities e.g., booking goods in
- Report/track KPI's
- Track special freight site wide
- Assist team where needed e.g., plan a small department to cover absence
Material Planning and Scheduling Administrator Applicants:
- Proficient with Windows Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
- Strong multitasking skills. Completes several concurrent tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
- Time management skills for providing management with accurate data
- Experience working in a fastpaced, highchange environment, with limited supervision
- Selfstarter
- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritisation and followup skills
Salary is £24,000. Working Monday to Thursday 08:15-17:00, Friday 08:15-13:30.
