We provide supported living to adults & children with Learning Disabilities, complex needs and mental health and our goal is to promote independence.

Supporting clients/service users within their own homes or in a care home environment. Must have a Minimum of 3 months Experience required.


Within your Health Care Support Worker role, your daily tasks will be:

• Build confidence to develop interests for supporting client

- ensure client Feels safe and secure
- provided with any personal care needed with dignity

• Increase their independence
• Are enabled to make as many choices as possible
• Achieve personal goals, which may include travel or holidays
