DK Recruitment are currently seeking a Care Taker to join their client in Ivybridge to assist with all maintenance roles on site.


This is a full time (37hours per week) but on-going temporary role and will be on a 3 weekly shift rota.

The shifts for this role are;







As Caretaker you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting to the Premises Manager
  • General handyman duties including decorating
  • Assisting with maintenance roles
  • Emergency cleaning (including unblocking drains)
  • Undertake security lockdown & opening of the premises
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures

Experience required:


  • Trade qualification relevant to the role
  • Awareness in Health & Safety
  • Undertaken training including, Legionella awareness, Asbestos awareness, IOSH
  • Clean DBS (we can assist with this if required)
  • Driving License
