Inbound Sales Advisor - Sunderland, United Kingdom - ECO (EC Outsourcing)
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
