    Description

    Job Title: Polar Crane Installation Manager

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced professional to manage on-site activities for polar crane installations.

    • Erect, commission, test and maintain polar cranes designed and manufactured by APCO Technologies.
    • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality in our operations.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to report progress and address technical topics during meetings.
    • Ensure project management instructions are followed, compliance with standards and provide regular internal reporting on site issues.
    • Supervise subcontractors and maintain a safe working environment.
    • Maintain contact with the technical support team to receive support and provide updates.

    Your Qualifications:

    • At least 10 years of experience in the machinery industry and on-site activities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics or a related engineering field.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical and electrical).
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
    • Fast-thinking and ability to adapt quickly to any situation.
    • Strong attention to safety, detail and quality.
