Client Services Division
This team manage the inspection and maintenance process for their diverse client base. From regular inspections to repairs and small project work.


The Role/Duties

  • Manage open enquiries, sales quotations, and any technical queries, ensuring the standard operating procedure is always observed.
  • Ensure customer policies are adhered to concerning their quote processes and authorised rack profiles.
  • Problemsolving failed jobs: making sure they are resolved quickly with the correct department and rescheduled.
  • Develop knowledge of all customer systems/portals
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and team members politely and professionally always.
  • Deliver an efficient, friendly service.
  • Identify and report growth opportunities within the team

Skills and Experience

  • Office experience
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate
  • Highly organised and selfmotivated
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office experience.

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
