Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team at our beautiful seafront venue.

As a front of house team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front end area.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have
Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies
Ensure the front end area is clean, organized, and wellstocked
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food items

Experience:

Previous experience in bartending, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation techniques is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
