Main Task
Under the supervision and co-ordination of the Administration Manager, the main task is to provide an efficient service for Additional Works customers by coordinating the preparation of vehicles ready for dispatch, while adhering to company rules and Health& Safety Regulations.
Main Responsibilities- To provide support to the Administration Department and fulfil all aspects as set out.
- To support in the management and maintenance of Additional Works Customers
- To produce all necessary reports as required by Additional Works
- To use AFRL for pretaxation and taxing of vehicles and maintain records as necessary
- To manage and maintain Fuel and Ply Lining Invoices for dealers
- Liaise and instruct Departments to meet customer demands
- To learn all job aspects related to the Customer service department in order to achieve Multi Skills and cover for holiday and sickness relief
- Booking all vehicles for delivery through the transport department
- Maintaining and update the database with call offs, delivery addressed and delivery dates
- Daily management of the Additional works accounts under the control of the Customer service Supervisor.
- Preregistering and taxing of vehicles as per Renault request.
- Ordering plylining and decals for vans as per customer request.
- Ensuring PDI Department in factory complete the pre delivery inspection process as required.
- Sending spare keys to customers as requested.
- Compilation of Reports of all vehicles exited.
- To communicate and work well within a team and liaise effectively with colleagues
- To familiarise yourself with the workings of all the departments and assist as required.
- To take reasonable care or your own health and safety and cooperate with line managers to enable compliance with company Health & Safety Rules.
- To undertake such other duties and responsibilities to meet the demands of the business and customers.
- Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages.
- Able to multi task
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good administration skills.
- Able to communicate at a high level both oral and written
