Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain company databases
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and general clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Sage 50 or other computerized accounting systems is a plus
