Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain company databases
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and general clerical tasks
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 or other computerized accounting systems is a plus
