Join us as an Innovation Technology Lead

We're looking for someone to lead our technology activity while collaborating with technology leaders, product owners and team members to identify products and delivery risks
Daytoday, you'll develop capabilities required to support the highquality delivery of nextgeneration products, services and insights

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll drive forward and role model best practices through engineering processes and Agile behaviour, while making sure team members follow suit.

As well as this, you'll maintain a perspective on the current and target innovation and partnerships technology ecosystem.

We'll look to you to collaborate with product owners to move towards your targets, while helping with the development of innovation and partnerships in various locations, creating a bank-wide community to connect and drive a one bank innovation culture.

In addition, you'll be responsible for:

Informing and delivering our innovation technology strategy while supplying features by collaborating with internal and external partners
Developing endtoend innovation technology capabilities, activities and services to provide the delivery of a portfolio of highimpact customer products
Working with franchises, core technology, the innovation ecosystem and partners to break down internal and external organisation barriers and boundaries
Collaboratively delivering our innovation and partnerships agenda
Providing challenges to our organisation's technology standards, practices and procedures

The skills you'll need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience of leading a technology delivery organisation, including architectures, software, security or DevOps engineers.
