Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team.
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts and components according to specifications.
This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products. Experience with 3;4 and 5 axis machining necessary.Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations, ideally with Haas controls.
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques
- Knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks
