We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Duties:
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding product issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think analytically
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types:

From £25,797.92 per year
