As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the business leaders to provide financial support, advice, and insights that help drive business decisions.

You will be responsible for analysing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports that provide the business with actionable insights.

You will facilitate the preparation of monthly and annual accounts and provide support to the rest of the department and wider business.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans that align with company strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, providing financial expertise and insights to support business objectives.
  • Produce monthly management accounts
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Provide support to business through business partnering including revenue reports, departmental P&L's, revenue by customer, customer profitability, maintain forecasts and business planning.
  • Support Accounts Assistants as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Skills:


  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA desirable
