Senior Accountant

Up to £35K DOE

Puro Accountancy have partnered with a friendly and approachable accountancy practice based in Birmingham.

They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team, this is due to growth over the past 12 months.

The role

  • You will be preparing accounts & statutory accounts
  • Preparing & submitting VAT and tax returns
  • Reviewing junior members of staff work
  • Bookkeeping duties
  • Managing your own portfolio of clients

You will need

  • 4 years minimum experience working in a practice
  • ACCA part/ fully qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced using SAGE, Quickbooks and or Xero. VT experience (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • MUST have UK practice experience
