The Role


We're looking for a customer service administrator that knows how to close and deliver a great experience for those seeking to live in one of our co-living schemes in Acton and Camden.


Able to operate independently and based on-site, we're ideally searching for someone who has experience delivering the end-to-end lettings process.


The role will be supported with dedicated marketing resource and will be responsible for a progressive, contemporary, and well-designed scheme on a beautiful, well-located suburban site which is sure to receive high demand and interest.


Responsibilities

  • Work between applicants and client to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable.
  • Managing renewals, sales and bookings, updating systems, portals and registration/vetting of applicants.
Matching clients to the right properties and providing them with property information.

  • Promoting properties to applicants using various marketing techniques, keeping websites, portals and imagery up to date.
  • Undertake a variety of administration tasks including reporting.
  • Removing properties from the market when they are let agreed.
  • Work with the property manager regarding any maintenance issues raised by members.
  • Ensure a smooth move in process takes place, working with the property manager to ensure rooms are presented to a good standard.

Core Competencies

  • Minimum of 1 years property experience.
  • Customer service experience, at least 1 year. Administration experience, at least 1 year.
