Hours: 37.5 hours per week

To provide an efficient and effective administration support to Business in Focus in the delivery of all contracts, client, and tenant work; to adopt a customer focused approach when dealing with internal and external customers; to deliver an impartial and objective service to all clients to ensure an inclusive service is delivered


  • Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide an excellent front of house service and 1st contact point for all tenants.
  • Handle switchboard telephone enquiries in a professional manner, delivering excellent customer service in an efficient and effective manner. Process messages in a timely and accurate manner and enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on the services offered by the Company. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between clients, tenants, associates and other third parties and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to all requests and instructions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness, training and CPD of Equality & Diversity issues and how to professionally deliver an inclusive service to all clients.
  • Proactively co-ordinate meeting room hire and internal bookings, setting rooms up and set up meeting rooms for various events, courses and activities undertaken on site.
  • File documents and data and perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned for other departments as needed.
Previous administration experience (preferably in a Property Related environment)
