We design and build network infrastructures and provide IT support services to small and medium companies across the UK. We use a range of technologies from Microsoft, Webroot, VMware, TP-Link Ubiquiti, and HP to name a few.

As we continue to grow as a company, we are looking to expand our internal staff count. We are looking for someone to join our helpdesk team.


Overview:


You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.


Salary:

£15,000 per annum.

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016/201
  • Network troubleshooting
  • DNS/TCP-IP/DHCP
  • Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting, including setting up WIFI hotspots, diagnosing speed and broadband issues, replacing routers, creating network cables

  • An understanding of how to document their troubleshooting and diagnostic steps to outline the
- faster resolution of future scenarios


Entry requirements:


The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
