Job description - QA Tester
We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join the UK team.


You will work closely with teams across the business, including product, professional services and development teams, whilst reporting directly to the Head of QA.


You will work on manual testing for a full range of products, including regression, exploratory and sanity testing - plus debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving.

You will also be involved in client projects to test their apps and websites.


Key responsibilities - QA Tester

  • Testing across all products, such as server, native apps and web.
  • Replicating and debugging all types of issues using tools including IDEs, Charles proxy, browser inspectors.
  • Using JIRA and TestRail to log test results and issues, and explaining detailed test results.
  • Manual testing and automated testing, as well as exploratory testing of new features.
  • Testing client apps and sites, often with reference to their designs, considering usability, accessibility, performance and localisation.
  • Creating and improving manual and automated test cases, as well as documentation.
  • Product regression testing.
  • Contributing to and taking part in meetings such as daily standups and project calls.

Job requirements - QA Tester

  • Passion for technology and SaaS, plus an interest in and understanding of how products interact with each other.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to form incisive queries.
  • Curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest news.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment, as well as independently to solve issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills, with a helpful cando approach.
  • Fast learner, with a desire to creatively overcome challenges as well as develop skills continuously.
  • Some experience of using iOS, Android, Mac & Windows, as well as varied browsers.
  • Capacity to manage and prioritise workload effectively in the context of changing priorities.
