SALES NEGOTIATOR for Progressive Forward thinking estate agency.

This modern, progressive, multi office independent estate agency brand are now looking for a driven and sales orientated negotiator to join their busy and friendly team.

The successful individual will be professional, courteous, enthusiastic and possess great customer service skills. Must be used to looking for additional business opportunities and creating add on sales.

Daily duties will include but not limited to booking valuations, viewings, mortgage appointments, negotiating offers, speaking with vendors and buyers, telling clients and about new properties to the market.
