Description

Ready to get stuck into creating bespoke learning programmes for pharmaceutical clients, patients and healthcare professionals? As a result of exciting business growth, we have a new opportunity for an accomplished medical writer with a passion for digital communications and UX design to join our specialist healthcare learning agency, Delta Kn.

The role

Delta Kn's healthcare learning services span a wide range of deliverables, from strategic learning guidance and scientific training toolkits to webinar resources and e-learning assets.

As part of a highly creative team of designers and technologists, you'll play a key role in delivering visually impactful learning experiences.

You'll get the chance to explore a range of project types and therapy areas, which currently include infectious diseases, rare diseases, vaccinology, oncology and cardiovascular medicine.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing senior editorial support for internal teams to deliver effective and engaging healthcare learning experiences
  • Working effectively, professionally and proactively with client contacts, providing scientific leadership for your projects
  • Maintaining the very highest standards in the creation and review of content by supporting and guiding other team members, including direct line reports within the editorial team
  • Providing overarching scientific review at key process steps, such as outlines and initial drafts
  • Adapting writing style and tone to meet varied client requirements (target audiences may include internal commercial or medical affairs teams, as well as external HCPs and patients)

What you'll need:

  • A good academic background in biomedical sciences (BSc minimum)
  • Agency experience working as a medical writer at a healthcare communications agency, developing highquality _de novo_ medical/diseasearea content across multiple therapy areas
  • Strong writing capabilities, an evident visual approach, and an aptitude for rapidly reviewing complex scientific materials to identify key messages/learning points
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues and crossagency teams, as well as clients, external experts and medical affairs personnel
  • A flexible and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines

Why AMICULUM?
We're proud to be a flexible and inclusive employer that provides a supportive working environment. We value creativity and encourage colleagues to offer ideas that further the success of our business.

In return, we offer:

  • Remote and hybrid working options as standard
  • Continual learning and professional development opportunities
  • Two annual bonus schemes
  • 25 days' annual leave (plus public holidays)
  • Generous pension scheme and private health insurance
  • Life and income protection insurance
