pentahotel Ipswich is looking for a dedicated professional to join our friendly and well regarded Operations team as a Guest Service Supervisor.

Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal.

Ideally, you will have experience within a supervisory role in a customer service, Reception or Food & Beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

Ensuring high levels of communication across the Guest Service Agent teams
Engaging and motivating staff; working alongside the Guest Service Manager to develop training and team building opportunities
Effective decision making, using sound judgement to make fair decisions where appropriate
Demonstrating and inspiring a commitment to excellent customer care across all Guest Service Agent teams
