We are seeking to appoint a Research Assistant with computational skills and the biological understanding of cancer-causing pathogens to work on computational analysis at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, University of Oxford

In this role your duties will include checking, validating, and cleaning data to ensure its accuracy and reliability. Additionally, you will be performing integrative analysis of single-cell RNA and ATAC seq data.

As part of your responsibilities, you will provide statistical analysis plans for studies and handle day-to-day planning to keep the work on track and efficient.

To support the research endeavours effectively, you will develop or customize analytical tools and resources in collaboration with other team members and attend to scientific seminars, meetings and training as appropriate.

This position is offered full time on a fixed term contract for 12 months and is funded by Ludwig.
