The service co-ordinator manages the day-to-day allocation of service engineers to meet Client KPIs for planned preventative maintenance works and ongoing call outs, repairs and upgrades.
The role also works closely with other internal and external stakeholders to provide support with site activities and office administration.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Pro-actively scheduling a team of circa 12 engineers to meet client requirements for planned preventative maintenance and subsequent repairs/upgrades. First line of contact for service customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES / ACTIVITIES
- Run engineers schedule and liaise with engineers.
- Administration of engineers reports and follow up quotations.
- Contributes to a friendly and positive environment within the company.
- Procurement of replacement parts and arranging works with customer.

LINE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide reports/updates on schedule capacity.
- Up to date schedule of unreceived engineers reports.
- Details of repairs/upgrades outstanding
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- General assistance with office administration, including incoming telephone calls.
SKILLS
The role is for a service co-ordinator and training will be given; the following would be advantageous:
- Experience in a service scheduling/co-ordination role.
- Experience with scheduling software packages
- Sound working knowledge of office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook.
- Experience in Sicon for Service
- FM/ M&E experience/background
- Procurement

Salary:
Up to £38,000.00 per year
