Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Team Administrator to join our Special Needs School Nursing Teams in South Staffordshire.
The role will require frequent travel throughout South Staffs to support the team in schools across Lichfield, Tamworth, Cannock and Wombourne.
With occasional travel to support the north and to attend team meetings.
The team provides holistic nursing care for pupils with a wide range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities and neurological conditions.
You will need to undertake general office duties and support the teams where required and assist the team with the preparation of all documentation, such as electronic records, filing, appointments, photocopying and computer work as required.
The role will involve participation in audits and data entry in order to meet the trusts Quality Framework requirements, outcome measures and best practice standards in order to deliver an effective, high quality services.
To deal professionally and promptly with telephone enquiries, taking and processing messages accurately and maintaining confidentiality at all times, ensuring standards for customer services excellence are met and always adhering to all the relevant policies and procedures including Patient Confidentiality and Data Protection.
You need to be flexible and respond positively to changes in allocated work and deadlines at short notice and support the Special School Nursing Team within their bases and community settings where required.
