My client are a successful business in the Orpington area who are on the hunt for an Accounts Payable specialist perfect for a driver with parking on site the role will start as a temp position with a view to permanent

The ideal Accounts Payable would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties


Accounts Payableduties:

  • Processing and matching high volume invoices
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve invoice issues
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparation and production of supplier payments
  • Resolution of any supplier and store queries relating to invoicing
  • Purchase order administration
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
