As part of a University-wide programme of development, and a £4.5 million investment into the Faculty of Technology, the School of Computer Science is now undergoing a period strategic strengthening to capitalise on its robust student recruitment numbers, recently reviewed programme, and opportunities to further its research, teaching, and knowledge exchange portfolios across its provision.

To lead on this development, we are seeking a new
-
Head of School who has the vision to leverage the School's advantages and strengths into strategic priorities that serve our students, partners, and academic ambitions.

The Head of School is a key leadership position within the University, with devolved responsibility for defining and implementing the operational and strategic aims of the School within the overarching University framework.

The Head works closely with the Dean of Faculty and other Heads to ensure an efficient, joined up approach to achieving ambitious targets and supporting with cross
