About the Role
You will liaise with suppliers, raising Purchase orders and ensuring well-timed deliveries to maximise productivity on site.
This important administrative role will work across multiple teams and projects, therefore requiring excellent organisational and communication skills it will also provide you with opportunities to demonstrate and enhance the core competencies required to become an experienced member of the team.
The Applicant must have:
- GCSE level mathematics and English
- Have strong administration skills
- Have the ability to work accurately with high attention to detail
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet the demands of the team
- Be proficient in data entry
- Be able to prioritize and organize your workload
- Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own and be selfmotivated and passionate about law
- Be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Be competent in general administration such as filing, photocopying etc
- Ability to use computer
- Microsoft Office (excel, word).
- Knowledge of sage accounts would be useful
Salary:
£23,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
