My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work in their Carlisle Office.This is a part time role to work 16 hours per week.
This role is permanent role (office based)
SALARY:

You will be working as a member of the Employment Team
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting in providing a high level of Administration and Customer Service support to our team to help achieve objectives.
Assist in providing a valuable resource and form an integral part of each team within their dedicated centre.
Making sure that all essential paperwork is completed in line with requirements of the programme,
You will engage with customers - face-to-face; over telephone and in writing.
Dealing with customer information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Meet & Exceed the KPI's for the role
Providing some financial support
Assist in supporting a diverse set of unemployed customers, contacting customers in line with Minimum Service Levels and keeping accurate and up to date records of all customer interactions on client tracking system, department database and manual paperwork.
Admin support:
diary management
reception duties
call handling
producing statistical information
maintaining office supplies
Monitor customer feedback process and update management on a regular basis.
To support customers with job search activity as and when required.
To support the EA/PL with both internal and external audits.
To complete the reconciliation process in accordance with compliance procedures.
