Role

The role is for a Receptionist within this property company who provide a factoring facility to thousands of clients across Scotland.

The role will be for the Receptionist to manage the front office of a town house property in Charing Cross.

Being in charge of all aspects of the front office with regular contact with clients as well as taking responsibility for all administration relating to the department.

Strong experience as a receptionist is required ideally with switchboard experience, a fantastic professional manner and a good knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Word.

The right Person

Must be a strong communicator, as much of this role will be conducted over the telephone, so a strong, clear telephone manner is required.
Experience of working within a busy office as a receptionist or office manager.
Intelligent and able to work on own initiative
Highly organised
Fast paced
Very strong attention to detail
Team Player
