About Us - Based from two offices in Staffordshire, we are a small, friendly Telecoms Expense Management firm specialising in auditing and managing customers fixed, mobile and data expenditure. We also offer ongoing management of fixed and mobile telecoms estates including helpdesk support, inventory management, and logistics services. Nuvoli are a family business with family values. Within this role there will be many opportunities for development and progression into management of your own projects and direct customer facing roles.

_A level of training will be implemented first to ensure that you understand a customer's migration journey and what our area of the business is responsible for, no previous experience in this type of telecoms area is required.

Specific Responsibilities
- work closely with the Migrations team to allocate tickets.

  • Monitor work streams to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Fulfil customer orders for SIM cards.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve customer handset / transfer issues
  • Update Nuvoli and customer ticketing systems and databases.
  • Monitor responses, carry out SIM orders / send text messages and ensure databases are up to date.
  • Liaise with customers to retrieve handsets from leavers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Produce customer and internal reports.
  • Update knowledge by studying and participating in learning opportunities.

Experience and skills

  • Some knowledge of the telecoms industry would be beneficial
  • Good data entry and typing skills with proficient English language skills
  • Ability to carry out Vlookups on Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
  • Effective communication skills (written and telephone)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Highly adaptable
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Schedule Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week


Holidays 28 days per annum, excluding bank holidays

From £22,000.00 per year
