About the role:


We are looking for our next Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team and efficiently schedule repairs and servicing appointments whilst providing administrative support to our Gas and Electrical teams.


Your daily tasks will range from managing engineer's diaries, liaising with customers regarding their appointments, coordinating the gas certificate process and producing progress reports on our teams.

You will be the point of contact for your colleagues and customers and handle queries promptly and to timescales.


About you:

You will have great experience in customer service and dealing with members of the public.

An experience with databases and strong verbal and written communication are needed.
