Description

Serves as a senior compliance risk officer for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for leading on a variety of transformation workstreams, with a focus on the development, operation and governance of the Regulation Ownership model.

Responsibilities:

Leading key pieces of varied analysis within Compliance Transformation;
Documenting work done to a very high and 'auditready' standard;
Liaising with stakeholders in ICRM and across frontline units for all areas of focus;
Particular focus on leading efforts do develop, operate and govern the Regulation Ownership model within Citi including the drafting, publishing and operating of procedures and processes to support the full life cycle of regulation ownership

Qualifications:

Expertise at regulatory work;
Experience within a compliance or audit function is advantageous;
Must be a selfstarter, flexible, innovative and adaptive;
Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a complex organization; to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level

Education:

Bachelor's degree; experience in compliance, legal or other controlrelated function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; Advanced degree preferred
