Description

The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for dealing with 1st and 2nd line support for all parties within the 2plan Group.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support 2plan staff and advisers.
  • Ensuring operational IT equipment is configured and functions correctly.
  • Managing digital assets and ensuring backups are implemented for advisers.
  • Management of support ticket work queues
  • Managing issues/risks and escalating as appropriate
  • Working with 3rd party software vendors to aid support issue resolution.

  • Bonus scheme on target bonus 7.5%
