Our client is recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to join its team in Reading

Shift:
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm or 8am 4pm
- 40 hours per week
Pay Rate:
- £26,250 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Managing onboarding procedure, such as supporting site with new starters
- Managing time and attendance systems, including running clocking reports for weekly staff
- Prepare weekly and monthly returns for salaried employees in conjunction with GM
- Collate absence data for action by managers by updating the HR System and Bradford Factor scores
- Track right to work checks on new and existing employees
- Updating spread sheets and ensuring systems are accurate and up to date
- Ensure all personnel files and filing in general are kept up to date
- Prepare invite letters for disciplinary, grievance and welfare meetings, liaising with the Regional HR Advisor.
- Conduct any necessary audits as and when required.
- Administration of holiday records for weekly and monthly staff.
- Take minutes of onsite meetings and distribute accordingly.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience working with manufacturing, logistics or production environment (Desirable but not essential)
- Strong administration background (Essential)
- Proficient communication skills, both written and Verbal
- Strong attention to details and able to work to tight deadlines
- A good team ethic
- High levels of accuracy and diligence
